Use, Order and payment on

To shop at, you must be 18 years old. If you are not yet 18 years old, you can still buy products if you have obtained the consent of your guardian and/or otherwise have the legal right to enter into the purchase.

By using, you accept that we describe people as 'He', 'She', 'You', 'Yours' etc. We do not take into account / position / responsibility for which person / which gender our customers identify with.

You select the products you want to buy and put them in the "shopping basket". You can correct the contents of the shopping basket right up to the time of ordering, and you can continuously check the contents and the price of the products.

You are obliged to provide a correct address for the delivery of the products. If the address you have provided cannot be confirmed, we reserve the right to withhold delivery and/or cancel the order.

Cancellation of orders can cancel an order if it is not possible to deliver the ordered product. You will be notified should such a situation arise, and any payment or reservation made on a means of payment will be returned/cancelled.

If made-to-measure products have been purchased and we have already started producing your order, the order cannot be cancelled. These are products made of latex/rubber.

Receipt for receipt of order and order confirmation

When you have ordered a product from us, you will receive a receipt per e-mail for our receipt of your order. However, a binding legal purchase agreement has only been entered into when you have received an order confirmation/sales receipt from us. Displaying products in our online store are not special offers, but marketing of our products. therefore has the option to cancel your order as a result of printing errors, incorrect prices, technical problems, delivery failure and similar situations.

Freight and Delivery endeavors to deliver the ordered products within 1-3 business days after we have received your order, unless otherwise agreed in the purchase process. If the products are to be produced as requested, we will send your order as soon as we have finished making them.

We reserve the right to delivery time, e.g. know that the shipping company we use is holding on to the package due to e.g. customs processing or due to the shipping company's busyness.

Right of withdrawal

When you shop at, you normally have a 14-day right of withdrawal, during which you can inform us that you regret the purchase and then return the products to us. The right of withdrawal runs from the day you received the product. If the deadline expires on a public holiday, Saturday, Constitution Day, Christmas Eve or New Year's Eve, the deadline is extended to the following weekday.

There is NO right of withdrawal on some products - or you may lose your right of withdrawal. The following products are exempt from the right of withdrawal such as:

- Sealed products which, for reasons of health protection or hygiene, are not suitable for return when the seal is broken after delivery.
- Specially made products that are ordered according to special measurements or materials. Including our rubber/latex products.
- Products you can download immediately - including our contracts and documents.

You therefore waive the right of cancellation when you order latex/rubber products with several variants/combinations (This may be: measurement, circumference, closing method, lace rivets for lace holes, width, thickness, material, rubber type), since we have made the product(s) based on your wishes and needs.

Our measurements on products can vary up to +/- 10 mm on e.g. rubber/latex (This can be: collars, cuffs, harnesses, belts, etc.) This is not considered a fault.

Products in rubber/latex produced by bear the hallmark of being handmade. That is straps/belts, collars, cuffs, rivets and belt holes/lace rings may be slightly crooked and not sit 100% straight. This is not considered an error.

When ordering the same product over 2 different orders, the product may vary slightly, as the products are handmade and we work based on assessments of whether the product will suit you best.

We do not offer the right of return on products that have been reduced in price by 50% or more.

We do NOT pick up products that have been sent to a post office, parcel shop, parcel box or similar. We also do not accept packages sent by cash on delivery.

When returning, you must ensure that the products are securely wrapped. You are responsible for the package/products yourself until we receive it. Therefore, always save the postal receipt as well as any track and trace number.

If the product has lost value and this is because you have used it in a way other than what was necessary to establish the product's nature, characteristics and the way it works, you can only get a part of the purchase price back. The amount you can get back depends on the commercial value of the product and in some cases it may mean that you can only get back any shipping costs. Missing original packaging can, for example, constitute a reduction in value. So to be sure of being able to receive all the money back, it is recommended that the product be returned in the original packaging.

You must pay the costs yourself when returning products when you regret the purchase.

You must enclose a copy of the order confirmation for your purchase.

If you are returning all the products and you have received a free gift, the gift must be returned. Otherwise, we will deduct the gift from the amount you must get back.

If only products with a significant discount / price reduction are purchased, no free gift will be given, even if the order is placed on a Saturday.

If you have received free shipping and send back products that cost DKK 900, we will also deduct the amount for shipping.


You may lose your purchase amount, in whole or in part. This happens if the product's value has deteriorated because:

- You have actually used the product.
- The product has been damaged while you were responsible for it.
- You have handled the product in a different way than was necessary for you to be able to determine the product's nature, properties and the way in which they function.
- You have not followed the restrictions in the right of withdrawal that result from sealing, product type, etc.
- If there are scratches/nicks in the metal, latex/rubber, and if it is cracked or bent in the sense that it is clearly visible and cannot be repaired.

Responsibility for all products on

From the moment the product is put into use (including for play, wearing, etc.), disclaims any responsibility for how the product is used - for whom it is used - what the product is used for - and for what purposes and games this may be.
The user and/or customer who has purchased our product/products therefore has full responsibility for the product/products being used correctly, responsibly and with caution either for themselves - or for use by/of third parties.

Gift card

The gift card is sent to your own e-mail, after which you can either send the PDF file to someone else, or you can print it out and give it as a gift.
The gift card (PDF document) contains a code which must be entered as "Promo code" in the check-out process.
The gift card is valid for 3 years from the date of issue.

All latex and rubber products on our webshop are made of rubber. Rubber contains natural latex, which can be allergenic or can in worse case cause latex/rubber allergy.

Before using the product/goods, make sure that there are no sharp edges/corners on the rubber/latex/metal parts. If a fault is found on the product, must be informed immediately - and the product(s) must NOT be used.

Your purchase of covered by the Sales Act, including the defect rules. This means that you can either get a defective product repaired, exchanged, your money back or a discount, depending on the specific situation. According to the law, you have 24 months. right of complaint.

It is of course a requirement that the complaint is justified and that the defect did not arise as a result of incorrect use of the product or other damage-causing behaviour.

You must contact us within a "reasonable time".

You must advertise within a "reasonable time" after you have discovered the defect in the product. We recommend that you complain as soon as possible and within 2 months after the error was discovered.

In order for us to assess your complaint, we must ask you for the following:

1. Send us a brief description of how the damage or defect occurred.
2. To document the defect, send a few pictures along with the description.
3. Send the pictures by mail to

5. After we have received your photos, we will process your complaint as soon as possible.

Choice of law and venue

Purchase of products on is subject to Danish law. Any dispute is settled by the ordinary Danish courts.

Access to data as well as changing, updating or removing data

As a customer, you have the right to access your collected data categories and you can object to the registration according to the relevant rules of the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR). Upon relevant request, we will update, change or remove personal data that we control, subject to violation of legislation.
