If your order contains a product manufactured by Fetish.dk and production has already begun, your right of withdrawal no longer applies in accordance with applicable consumer legislation regarding custom-made goods.
2. Stock items and other products
If your order contains products that are not manufactured by Fetish.dk and the order has already been shipped, it can no longer be cancelled immediately. However, you still have the right to withdraw from the purchase within 14 days of receiving the goods, in accordance with applicable consumer protection laws.
